We collect data to power our algorithms and deliver your Wealth Reports. This includes:

  • Financial Inputs: Rent, home price, interest rates, down payment amounts, and salary data used in the calculator.
  • Identity Data: Name and Email address (required to deliver the PDF Audit and access Cloud Sync features).
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and interaction metrics via cookies to optimize our engine’s performance.

2. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell your raw financial data to third-party data brokers. We use your information solely to:

  • Generate your custom “Pro Audit” and “Wealth Forecast” PDF reports.
  • Sync your simulation scenarios across devices (via our secure database).
  • Process payments for the Pro Audit (via our payment processor, Stripe).
  • Connect you with vetted professionals (Lenders/Agents) only when you explicitly request a “Network Connection.”

3. Data Security & Encryption

Your financial scenarios are stored using enterprise-grade security protocols. We utilize Row-Level Security (RLS) and AES-256 Encryption standards to ensure that your financial profile remains accessible only to you.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We rely on trusted third-party infrastructure to operate:

  • Netlify & Supabase: For hosting and database management.
  • Stripe: For secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.
  • OpenAI/Gemini: We may use API services to process natural language queries within the “Wealth Strategist” chat interface.

You have the right to request the deletion of your user profile and all associated financial scenarios at any time by contacting support@buyvsrentpro.com.
