Welcome to BuyVsRentPro.com. By accessing our simulation engine, purchasing a Pro Audit, or using our advisory tools, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational Tool Disclaimer (Critical)

BuyVsRentPro is a financial simulation tool, not a licensed financial advisor, CPA, or lender.

The output of our calculator—including the “Institutional Strategy Score,” “Wealth Forecast,” and “Recession Simulator”—is based on mathematical projections using the inputs you provide and historical market averages. These are estimates, not guarantees of future performance. Real estate markets are volatile. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any investment decisions.

2. The “Pro Audit” & Digital Products

The “Pro Audit” ($17) and “Elite Strategy” ($49) are digital products delivered instantly via PDF download or email.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the Report, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. However, if you believe the data generation failed due to a technical error, contact support within 7 days for a full review.
  • License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Report for personal financial planning. You may not resell or redistribute our proprietary algorithms or reports.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyVsRentPro and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the calculator. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses in real estate transactions based on our projections.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your “Cloud Sync” login credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that attempt to reverse-engineer our code or abuse our API limits.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of our operating jurisdiction.
